Determining customer's needs and project
- We create several samples or varients for the customers.
- Sending invoice and getting 50% deposit (for the projects under
$250 require 100% deposit).
- Working on the project. We do as much redesigns as customer likes.
We work until full customers satisfaction.
- When the project is complete on 90% customer sends the rest of the
payment (50%) and we finish the project.
After the project is complete we do changes only for additional fee.
We can provide source codes if customer likes after step 4.
How fast do we work?
We work as fast as it is possible with no loose of quality. If you order
graphic design or web design services, we can show you first several
variants in 5-10 days after the start. Then we can make changes in 1-2
hours after we get them from you.
What are our business hours?
Our office hours are 6 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Pacific
Standard Time).
All our products hold the warranty for 6 months.
